SKY PARK PLAZA

The design concept revolves around synthesizing the vibrant shopping mall experience with the traditional ambience of street vendors. With this objective in mind, a shopping street atmosphere that extends both indoors and outdoors, while also vertically expanding to the upper floors to provide ample public space.

The outdoor shopping street is connected to the indoor space, ensuring a cohesive experience for visitors. Recognizing the cold seasons prevalent in the country, the design incorporates a ratio of 70/30, prioritizing the use of indoor areas to ensure comfort and protection from the weather.

To evoke a nostalgic charm, the exterior façade resembles an old town, comprising several small buildings that emulate the feeling of strolling through a historic street. The facades of the high-rise buildings are designed to blend with the neighboring Sky Garden residence while maintaining a minimalistic aesthetic that accentuates the lower floors, which encapsulate the essence of the main concept.
